Bye-Bye Summer, Aloha Playgroups!  Grab your lei and hula away at our annual Playgroup kickoff!

Join us on Friday, September 20th from 3:30p-5p at Walnut Hill Recreation Center, generously sponsored by Our Redeemer Lutheran School.

Let the kids play and enjoy meeting other PHECA moms who will be in your same playgroup.  There will be light snacks and some special surprises for the kids.  You won't want to miss it!

If you have already requested to be a part of a PHECA playgroup this year, we hope you will bring your kids and join us for this low-key and fun meet-up that will provide everyone a chance to connect with their playgroup and new playgroup leaders. Feel free to exchange information to make communication and scheduling play dates easier!

If you haven't opted to be part of a playgroup yet, there is still time to do so!  Just login at with your email address and password and update your profile to reflect the specifics of your child(ren)s age and playgroup category.

Playgroups are designed to give PHECA moms an opportunity to meet and get to know each other with children who are the same age.  Each playgroup leader will be organizing playdates for their group for the year ahead, but typically playgroups will meet up at least once per month.  Meet up locations and activities will vary throughout the year.

This year we are offering weekday playgroups (based on child's age and academic year), as well as  weekend/evening playgroups.  Hopefully, everyone can find a group that works with their schedule!

We look forward to seeing everyone at the Kickoff!!
